Swiss Bureau Projects Supply LLC is a creative technology company based in Dubai that develops and distributes IT solutions for the hospitality industry. It was incorporated in 2003 in partnership with Edifice Group of Switzerland with the aim of serving the MENA (Middle East and North African) region.

Our solutions are meant for all categories of hotels, hotel apartments, cafes, hospitals, schools, universities and shopping malls.

CORE BUSINESS – Development & Distribution

Swiss Bureau has been developing and finding innovative solutions for hotels. We created eZeLink as our successful, state-of-the-art broadband Internet access solution. It allows hotels to provide simple and secure internet access to their guests and offers an efficient internet monitoring, controlling, billing and reporting solution. Our R&D department regularly upgrades eZeLink by adding innovative new features and ensuring the highest level of security.

Swiss Bureau allows its distributors to use eZeLink as a 'hotspot' solution under the name of their choice, for example Emirateswifi, Qatarwifi …. etc. on revenue sharing basis or with licensing charge.

Swiss Bureau is also the sole distributor in the UAE for ULTRA, a unique Hotel Management solution developed by Comsys Software. ULTRA has distinct advantages over the competition, and is an ideal solution for optimizing the day-to-day operations to hospitality industry.
